I spent years training as an equestrian. That's where I learned that progress has no shortcuts - it's a matter of rhythm, discipline and breaking every challenge down to its fundamentals. When I walked out of that stable for the last time, I carried with me a set of skills that now shape how I work with clients: patience, determination and the ability to find order in chaos.

Foule is a single stride in a horse's canter - a moment of perfect balance, momentum and complete trust between rider and horse. Without partnership, there's no clean leap. There's only struggle.
