Clients couldn't see potential heating savings or configuration benefits, leaving them with no real incentive to engage. Preparing manual UVPs was time-consuming, error-prone, and inconsistent across the team. Make.com offer automation solves these issues simultaneously: instead of wasting time on materials that fail to impress, the system generates data-driven arguments that actually close deals.

A bare price is the worst tool for selling premium options; it fails to answer "why pay more?" and leaves the client alone with a number and no narrative. Without understanding the value, clients often choose the cheapest alternative or head to a competitor. Make.com offer automation breaks this cycle. Every offer is sent out personalized and professional, packed with the specific data points a client needs to justify an investment in quality over the lowest price.

I designed a Make.com offer automation system that generates personalized presentation-offers directly from Livespace CRM. Once a salesperson clicks "data ready," Make.com pulls the info into Airtable, where a custom algorithm calculates long-term heating savings (up to 35 years) adjusted for inflation. These results flow into Google Sheets, where Apps Script updates live charts in a Google Slides template. The final presentation-complete with financial summaries and a "book a call" button-is linked back to the CRM. From there, it’s sent via Sellizer, which tracks exactly when and how many times a client views the document, providing real-time engagement data.

Make.com offer automation handles the heavy lifting, ensuring every proposal is consistent, error-free, and visually compelling. Instead of a flat price, the client receives a data-driven narrative showing exactly how much they will save, backed by personalized charts and tables. Meanwhile, the salesperson benefits from a perfect follow-up window, knowing precisely when a lead is reviewing the offer. This system doesn't replace the human touch; it provides the time and insights needed to focus on high-value tasks: building relationships and closing sales.
