It checks availability in Google Calendar and prepares a ready-made draft response: with a proposed date or - if the calendar is busy - with information about unavailability and an alternative suggestion. The draft is waiting in the inbox. Simply review and send. No jumping between email and calendar, no typing from scratch.
A key design decision was to leave the human in the loop - the agent doesn't send responses automatically. They prepare, not replace.
