Following the grand finale of the "Na Obroty" contest, Budmat faced the massive logistical challenge of distributing thousands of unique tickets for the Drift Masters final at PGE Narodowy. With over 10,000 separate PDF files containing specific seat, row, and sector data, manual assignment to hundreds of winners was a month-long nightmare for the marketing staff. The sheer volume made manual spreadsheets and data entry impossible, as the risk of human error-such as duplicate seating or sending incorrect attachments-would have compromised the entire brand experience for the winners.
Advanced n8n PDF automation was implemented as a technological necessity to transform this bottleneck into a streamlined, high-speed digital workflow.
